Cancellation Policy * After the deposit payment, if the Guest should Cancel before the commencement date, or move from the premises prior to the expiration of this time period, he shall be liable to lose the deposit. The above cancellation charges also apply due to non-payment of the balance. * A 2,000 Baht administration fee may be charged for any change of booking after a confirmation has been issued. Acceptance of any change is subject to approval by the villa's owner. | Rates Exclude * Linen and towels are included in all Villas. If you require changes there will be extra charges. Payment Terms * An initial deposit of 50% of the total rental fee must be received before a confirmation can be issued.
